Therefore, if you can’t sleep, it’s worth it to you to make some changes to your routing that may help.

What’s the Relationship Between Alcohol and Yeast?
There are a number of foods that can feed the yeast in your body and lead to an infection. Alcohol is one of the biggest culprits due to the high amount of sugar and carbs. If your immune system is lowered through the use of antibiotics or stress, a few beers with the boys on Saturday night may be enough to cause a yeast infection to occur. With continued alcohol consumption, things may really get out of control.
How Alcohol Feeds Yeast
Alcohol is high in sugar and carbs, which is food for yeast. For many, this isn’t a problem until their immune system lowers or antibiotics cause the good bacteria in the body to die off. When this happens, alcohol feeds the increase of yeast and causing yeast overgrowth. The more alcohol, the better fed the yeast. A yeast overgrowth can lead to Candida.
